Hi! I’m Blair.

I was born in Gilroy, CA, 27 years ago.

I gravitated toward creating art from an early age. When I took a painting elective in high school, it became my favorite activity.

In my youth, I didn’t think I was talented enough to make it as a visual artist. I moved to Reno, Nevada, for college and hopped around majors at the University of Nevada until receiving my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019.

I quickly came to the realization that I wanted to work in the creative arts. I resolved to giving it my all. I worked as a Registered Nurse for four years while creating paintings, displaying and selling them however I could, and learning how to build a business, which I coined At the Summit Arts in 2021. It was a peculiar decision, because at the time I wasn’t climbing many mountains. But I felt the pull to them.

I now have the honor of spending each day painting, climbing, and running in the Tahoe Basin and beyond.

My goal is to create excellent art. The most excellent art I can create is that which comes from my heart — and no place am I more alive and invigorated than on top of a peak or navigating my way up one.
